My name is Jimmy Shrader and I work with Boultwood + Associates in the UAE. I’ve developed an interest in Claims Management through my experience with construction and commercial matters. I find it interesting how different project concerns can develop into claims and how each situation requires a thoughtful approach. I enjoy understanding the background of an issue, considering the perspectives involved, and learning how experienced professionals assess the wider commercial position.
