My name is John Cena, and I work with Lyons & Sons in the United States. I became interested in refrigerated freight after learning how important temperature control can be for certain products during transportation. My experience with refrigerated trucking services has helped me understand the value of proper loading, regular temperature checks, route planning, and careful scheduling. I enjoy learning about the practical side of freight movement and how different teams manage sensitive shipments. Outside work, I like taking road trips, reading about trucks, exploring new places, and spending time with family.
